He is a licensed Professional Engineer in Agricultural Engineering and a graduate Mining Engineer specializing in environmental assessments, hydrology, environmental remediation, and sensitive land use issues. Mr. Gardner has over 30 years experience in the environmental engineering profession. He is dedicated to sound stewardship of our environmental resources.
