Susan Wind, Professional Wetland Scientist
Ms. Wind is a Professional Wetland Scientist and Biologist. During her tenure with the Division of Mine Permits for the Commonwealth of Kentucky, she served as an inspector, a permit reviewer, a biologist, and a supervisor. She was responsible for the development of the 401 program for the Division and assisted with the development of aquatic assessment and stream restoration guidelines. She has also served as an Office of Surface Mining Wetlands Instructor. Certifications: Professional Wetland Scientist KY#0001213, Rosgen Levels I - IV
