Shannon Reynolds,PE, MBA Civil Engineer
Mr. Reynolds, a Professional Civil Engineer, performs civil engineering design including stormwater management, erosion/sedimentation control, flood control planning, earth dam and levee design, landfill design, slope stability, stream restoration, and site development. He works with a variety of state, local, and federal agencies throughout the course of each project.
Prior to joining ECSI, Mr. Reynolds served as a transportation engineer for the Kentucky Transportation Cabinet in Frankfort. While there he performed engineering duties including the design of alignment of proposed roadways; design and completion of contract packages between the KYTC and private contractors for retaining walls, guardrail, and surfacing projects; inspected roadway fill dams and various types of roadway construction projects across the state; generated maps for all counties of the state; and worked in conjunction with FEMA to assist in the assessment of statewide damage following flooding.
