Douglas Mynear,PE, LEED AP Director, Civil & Environmental Engineering
Mr. Mynear serves as Director of Civil Engineering Services for ECSI. His experience is in the areas of hydrological/hydraulic studies, drainage design, site planning/design, highway/roadway design, water distribution, storm and sanitary sewers, wastewater pretreatment, and recreational facility design. Prior to joining ECSI Mr. Mynear served as a Supervising Civil Engineer for Parsons Brinckerhoff for over thirty years.
