Deborah Moses,PE, PLS, REM Director, South East Region
Ms. Moses serves as Director, South East Region of ECSI. She manages ECSI's Corbin office as well as coordinates mining, environmental, and surveying projects throughout the southern part of the state. Her areas of expertise include reserve analysis, environmental audits, and unmined mineral tax issues. Ms. Moses is a licensed Professional Engineer, a licensed Professional Land Surveyor, and a Registered Environmental Manager with the National Registry of Environmental Professionals.
