Debra Haggard,  Biologist

Ms. Haggard serves as Project Biologist on selected projects. She participates in environmental assessments and is responsible for the analysis of all samples taken during the course of any project. She also works on 401, 404, Division of Water and special permitting projects. Ms. Haggard also conducts the majority of the opacity testing for ECSI clients. Her prior work experience includes running a private quality control laboratory with responsibility for the sampling, analysis and reporting of KPDES discharges for permits from several interrelated companies as well as offering technical advice on treatment options when required. She was also responsible for the collection and analysis of ground water and surface water background samples as required by DSM. Ms. Haggard's experience has afforded her the opportunities to work with many clients and regulatory agencies as well as a communicative understanding of applicable regulations and statues. She has over twenty-five years experience in her field. Ms. Haggard is Certified Rosgen Level I and Level II as well as for Wastewater, Drinking Water, and Soil Analysis.
