Scott Blackburn, Forestry
Mr. Blackburn serves as Project Manager and prepares environmental permit projects for mine clients and others. During his Associate of Applied Science coursework he focused on silviculture, forest conservation, reforestation, and high yield forest practices. Prior to joining ECSI, Mr. Blackburn served as reclamation coordinator for Interstate Gas Company.
