Charles Reeves, Jr.,PE Director, Midwest Region
Mr. Reeves manages the Midwest Regional office for ECSI and coordinates all projects in this region while serving as Project Manager. His previous experience includes various positions with Peabody Coal Company over a twenty-five year period from Section Foreman to Senior Mine Engineer. He most recently served as Facility Manager for Carbontronics Fuels Management, LLC where he oversaw the operations of a Section 29 Synthetic Fuel Plant.
